The team is led by Mr. Kwadwo Asiedu Anderson, the Executive Director .
Mr. Anderson (born in 1969) holds an MBA in Banking and Finance from the Paris Graduate School of Management, a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ghana (ICAG). He served in several capacities in various organisations in Ghana from 1998 to 2012.
Between 1998 and 2000, he practiced as an auditor at Boateng, Offei & co – a Ghanaian Chartered Accountants firm. 2000 to 2003, he was a Financial Accountant for Cadbury Ghana Limited – manufacturers of cocoa beverages and candies. 2004 to 2006, he served as a Chief Accountant for Ayum Forest Products Limited (formerly Mim Timbers) – a Timber and wood processing company.
He was the Senior Financial Accountant of Goldfields Ghana Limited, Damang mine from 2006 to 2008. He became the General Manager for Finance and Operations in the J Adom Group from 2008 to 2012. The Group comprised of J Adom Limited which engaged in Roads and Building construction, J Adom Haulage which hauled Guinness Ghana Breweries Products across Ghana, K Adom Limited which was the sole distributor of Guinness Ghana Breweries products in the Brong Ahafo Region of Ghana, Nsemmere Quarry which produced Quarry products at Wenchi in the Brong Ahafo Region.
