The mission of the Training Department is to support Tumffour’s Corporate goals and to improve our employees’ performance by providing high-quality training programs that help employees acquire and maintain the skills needed to attain the Corporate goals.
The Tumffour Training Department is well-resourced with experienced staff and dynamic programs that facilitate employees’ professional and personal excellence with the skills, knowledge and abilities necessary to perform their jobs. The Training Department does this by:
- Being the focal point for Tumffour training policies, procedures and programs;
- Maintaining visibility of and communication with high-quality training providers;
- Researching and communicating upcoming training events across the Tumffour organization;
- Assisting in scheduling individual or group training events; and
- Maintaining visibility of individual education and training
